We are also pleased to announce the addition of Candace Salima to our team. We have invited her to join our organization and be an integral part of our advertising and business management. She is a remarkable person and we are excited to have her onboard. She is truly an advocate to all the authors who are trying to get their books marketed and advertised nationally. We feel that with her knowledge and energy we will cover more avenues in advertising for those authors we work with. I firmly believe each of you will be pleased with where we go towards marketing your book(s) by having her associated with our team.
Please join us in welcoming her to the team.

Busy Busy
I must apologize that we haven't updated our blog in awhile, but I must say we have been pleasantly busy working with some very talented authors. I have had the privilege of reading a number of books and working with the authors to develop visual scripts for them.
For those of you who have been waiting, we have finally posted Jaime Theler's interview for her book "Enjoying the Journey". This has been a long time coming but we are pleased to say it is posted for your enjoyment. Typically interviews don't take this long to complete, but we encountered a number of scheduling issues do to sickness, weddings and etc. :-)

Another Update
It has been a couple days so I probably should bring you up-to-date about what we are doing. We are actively working with and reading a couple of books from a few authors looking to have a screener created. Once we are done reading those books we will be drafting a proposal script for the author and publisher to review. Following their approval we will go into production.
I mentioned previously that we were working on a couple interviews; two of which I listed in my previous blog update. We are still in production with both of those books. It is taking a little longer than normal to produce, but that is due to circumstances beyond our control. We hope to wrap up those interviews for you to see just as soon as the authors are ready to finish.

Production Update
Many of you may already be aware, but we have reposted a new and final version of James Dashner's "The 13th Reality" bookscreener. We are excited to have worked with James and his publisher, Shadow Mountain. As expected we were able to work closely with the author and the publisher to create the best possible screener for this book. It is our goal to make sure this is a good experience for each party involved.
We are also thrilled to announce the reposting of Candace Salima's "Forged in the Refiner's Fire", following some minor audio adjustments. This was another fabulous experience and we would like to thank both James and Candace for allowing us to work with them to develop their bookscreeners.
We would also like to bring you up-to-date on a few exciting things we are working on. We have received numerous emails and phone calls inquiring about creating bookscreeners. We are actively working with several authors evaluating their book(s) in order to create their screeners. We look forward to working with each of them to create their bookscreeners.
Currently in our postproduction phase of editing is an interview with Carmen Rasumusen’s for her book “Staying In Tune”. In our preproduction phase is an interview with Jamie Theler for her book “Enjoying the Journey”.
If you are looking to create a resurgence of sales for your book, please call us and let us help you. With our screener creation and distribution we can help promote your book to a wider audience that you may not have had.

Pricing
I know a lot of you have been waiting for our pricing and I am happy to announce that we finally have put our basic structure into place. We apologize that it has taken us several weeks to do. We took the time to not only evaluate our costs for the work we showcased at the LDS Storymakers conference, but methodically research the current industry trends. Please note that it is important to us to provide you with comparable and competitive pricing and I believe we have done just that.
We understand the various needs of our clients and are willing to work with you and your publisher to create the best possible screener while working within your budgetary constraints. If you need a specialized quote to meet your budget, please contact us. You can find our basic pricing by visiting www.ldsbookscreeners.com/price.htm or www.bookscreeners.com/price.htm.

Bookscreeners.com
I would like to introduce www.bookscreeners.com. It is the website we will use to advertise books that are non-LDS centric. Please note that we will advertise your book on both www.ldsbookscreeners.com and www.bookscreeners.com if you request it. Our goal is to provide you with as many opportunities to advertise your book, so please let us help you expand your advertising footprint.

Pricing Structure
Many of you have asked about pricing, I must apologize. In the rush to complete our demo book screeners for the LDS Storymakers Writers Conference, we focused purely on the production aspects and not the costs. Now that we have completed the conference our production team will sit down shortly and formulate our pricing structure. Please note that we will be competitive and provide you with several options to fit your creative vision as well as your advertising budget.
